• Implemented a TDD approach within the CMS division at HHS for eSMD providing a framework for deployable iterative delivery for the claims processing system while authoring our cluster based JWT oAuth IdP solution for CMMS investigative agent authorization.

• Serving as the POC for application support within the AFHSD contract resulted in our contract being recognized for milestone improvements to our scorecard for responsive support.

• Establishing and maintaining SDLC, coding and activity standards for the AFHSD application team, promoted to team lead for AFHSD applications department.

• Decompiling, then refactoring the non-version controlled Java based inventory control system for DODSR at a secured, disconnected, on-site workstation within a three month window. My effort ensured the DoD National Serum Repository's uninterrupted operation prior to forced legacy platform decommissioning.

• Coordinating with operations and security teams to quickly solve security discovery incidents, report security issues upstream and provide comprehensive STIG analysis of the application systems enabled the AFHSD application division to continue operations within the DHA security enforcement regime.

• Participate in and document recommendations, instructions and execution for the system migrations for the MSSQL, Oracle, IIS systems comprising the application system for DMSS housing the longitudinal medical history for every veteran and active duty military person at the Department of Defense.

• Gathered missing requirements and rewrote the de-identification ETL statistical model processes in support of the DHA SAFe implementation and cloud migration.

• Re-factored and executed iterative feature requests and bug fixes for three legacy MVC/Javascript SPA applications and custom identity management systems providing predictive modeling and quantitative analysis of de-identified data to authorized military personnel and their partners.

• Played a key role in the development of the Unissant code challenge, contract development and AWS cloud readiness SDG.

Unissant challenged me to expand my capabilities, diversifying into emerging and in-demand technologies and leveraged my existing skills to achieve success in maintaining and migrating the varied legacy and modern systems in use by our DHA, DOD and Civilian Sector customers.
